About Us
Carolyn Campagna Kleefeld Contemporary Art Museum is community of people who examine, critique and create contemporary art. All are welcome to explore, learn, and shop at the only free museum in Long Beach.
We offer free programs, accessible opportunities, an inclusive environment for community building. Signature events include Tuesday Talks with artists, curators, and scholars in galleries, festive exhibition celebration receptions, Second Saturday Family Days featuring art activities for all ages, and tours of the CSULB Sculpture Collection and Art Park.
Our expanded indoor-outdoor art complex facilities include a museum store, art park, and sculpture gardens, adjacent to the Horn Center on Cal State Long Beach Campus. We welcome our venue be rented for private parties and other collaborative public events. Home to a significant collection of modern and contemporary art, our Archives Room and Prints and Drawings Room are also available for reservation for scholarly research, group meetings, and study sessions on our website.
