We're the owners Julie Woodhouse and Phyllis M. Nofts. We've been organizing events for decades, independently and together. We decided that it was time to solidify our alliance, and we launched Emerald & Ruby Event Planning. At Emerald & Ruby, we believe that every event should be as unique and joyful as the people who are the stars of the celebration.
