Lunch with the Mayor

In his campaign for mayor, Rex Richardson committed to a plan that would include a listening tour of "100 Businesses in 100 Days," which would give him and his office the ability to hear firsthand the challenges facing small business owners throughout the city and helping to create opportunities for growth in and around Long Beach.  

Recognizing that the LGBTQ+ community faces unique challenges to business success, and knowing how impacted our community by the events of the last few years, we have scheduled a unique opportunity to sit down with the mayor during our luncheon for a conversation that will hopefully shape the future of LGBTQ+ business - and the future of Long Beach!

But before you dismiss this event because you don't live in Long Beach, know that this affects you too!  Long Beach is a key place where we do business, where we spend time, and where we enjoy safe spaces for our community.  Other surrounding areas look to Long Beach to set the tone and standard for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and so attending is a worthwhile investment for everyone.
